This 2-part class covers all you need to know about giving birth. We cover topics like:

- Anatomy & physiology of birth
- Preparing your mind and body
- Medicinal and non-medicinal pain relief
- Potential interventions
- Choosing what works for you
- What to expect postpartum

All in an affirmative, inclusive atmosphere. (We support all birth approaches!)

I believe all women should have access to loving support during labor and birth, regardless of financial ability. If price is a concern for you, please reach out anyway. I'd be happy to make a plan that fits your budget.

Are you in a season of plenty? Consider paying extra for your doula services. This will allow me to take on more clients who aren't able to pay in full.
